Christmas Party Invitations
Send your work or family Christmas party invitation as one link. Replies, plus ones and dietary needs come back to one dashboard.
Free to design and send · First 15 replies free · No subscription
How it works
- Make the invitation. Choose a design and add the date, the place and anything guests should bring.
- Share one link. Post it in your team chat, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp or an email. Guests do not need an app or an account.
- Follow the replies. Your dashboard shows who is coming, who is bringing someone, and what each guest can eat.
What your dashboard shows
- Who is coming and who can't. Going and not going, counted as each reply arrives.
- A headcount with plus ones. Partners and guests are added to the total.
- Dietary needs on every reply. Filter by them when you plan the food.
- Messages from guests. Kept with their reply, not lost in a chat.
Planning the office Christmas party
December fills up fast. Send the invitation in the first half of November so the date is in calendars before other plans take it.
Ask about dietary needs in the reply rather than chasing each person. Say on the invitation whether partners are welcome, so the headcount is right from the start. If there is a Secret Santa, put the budget and the date of the draw in the details.

What to put on the invitation
- The date, the start time and the finish time
- The venue, with parking or transport notes
- The dress code, in plain words
- An RSVP date about a week before, so the venue gets final numbers
- Whether partners and children are welcome
- The Secret Santa budget and the date of the draw, if there is one

Hosting family
A family Christmas brings every age to one table. One link works for all of them: it opens on any phone without an app, and each person replies in a few taps. Use the details to say who is bringing what, so no dish turns up twice.
What it costs
Designing the invitation, sharing it and your first 15 replies are free. If more people reply, one payment unlocks unlimited replies for that event. You see the price before you pay, and there is no subscription.
Extras such as exporting the guest list or emailing everyone who said yes are optional, and only shown when they are useful.
Questions
- Do guests need an app?
- No. The invitation opens in any browser, and guests reply in a few taps.
- Can I see who hasn't replied?
- Your dashboard shows every reply. Guests who have not answered yet are the ones you sent the link to who are not on it.
- Can I remind people who haven't replied?
- Yes. Your dashboard gives you a reminder message to copy into your chat. Emailing everyone who said yes is an optional paid extra.
- When should I send a work Christmas invitation?
- In the first half of November, about four weeks before a mid December party.
- When should the RSVP date be?
- About a week before the party, so you can give the venue or caterer final numbers.
- Can guests bring a partner?
- Yes, if you allow it. Plus ones are counted in your headcount.
- Can I change the details after sending?
- Yes. Edit the event from your dashboard and everyone who opens the link sees the new details.
